Westfield Ford is the best run dealership I ever purchased a car from. The entire staff bent over backwards to make sure I was completely happy with my purchase.

I put a 1500 deposit for a vehicle that was promised to be delivered in 4-6 weeks. I waited 10 and asked for my money back. I was told it can only happen when they sell the truck, they sold it for 10k over in one day of receiving it and still refused to give me my deposit back.

We had a very good experience at Westfield. The negotiations were professional and straightforward. The price of the truck was fair, not more or less than competitors but it was nice to deal with people who didn't test you like a sucker. My only negative was the paperwork guy who gave us a very, very hard sell on an external warranty and made my loan for 60 Months rancher than the 48 I asked for. As the last person in the process that leaves a bit of sourness to the experience. That said we would definitely consider for another purchase.

I walked in on a Friday morning and was greeted by Jacob, I informed him that I was interested in the bronco. Jacob welcomed me and was ready to get me in one, and we were off test driving. If we didn’t need a car (and they had The be on their lot) I would and probably should have walked out! After asking for an appraisal they wouldn’t give my car key back, wouldnt let us leave to pick and drop off our stuff before continuing with paperwork. I truly do not like this dealer. I had a second great experience with Nick Stepici. Worked out a nice deal on a 2020 Shelby GT 500. First time was in March 2019 when i purchased a new F-150 Raptor.

Westfield made purchasing an easy decision. Let them know I was looking into a new explorer st and within 20 minutes brought 2 trucks to my job. Showed me both on the curb and nick was incredibly knowledgeable about every option on the trucks. By the time i got off work and to the dealer, they had me out in less than 20 minutes. The service department was great. Steve, Ron, and Bill were able to fix my truck I bought from a different Ford dealership. The other dealership just gave me the run around!

I bought a used F-150 from another dealership. Within a week the truck was making a crazy noise in the front end. I took it back where I purchased it and got no where. I went to Westfield Ford and they fixed it! The staff had great service, friendly, and honest!

Had an oil change. Oil leaked out in an hour. Almost fried the engine. They found their mistake and took care of it. But it cost me a half day of work. Could have been fatal to an engine of a brand new truck. I still hope that the engine wasn’t damaged. No compensation was offered for the inconvenience. Will not use them and would not recommend them their service

Took my 2004 Ford ranger for simple oil change, no appointment necessary for quicklane, ended up spending 5hrs, nothing but lies, rude and poor customer service.

A ford was not my first option when I was purchasing a vehicle in 2014 but a friend of mine recommended the ford fusion and i went to westfield ford test drove it and the rest is history. I have several complaints of the service from this dealership:
1. Calls to the service department are rarely returned
2. Scheduled loaners cars have not been available when promised on at least 2 occasions
3. Repairs to my gas door resulted in new body damage to my car

Horrible service experience, went in for an early AM appointment and my vehicle wasn't even seen. I had to bring it back the next day for another half of a day for an oil change and an engine light reset. The team did nothing for me but apologize for the delay and lack of communication. I don't ever recommend bringing a vehicle in for service let alone buying anything.

Sometimes car shopping can be an ordeal. It was not at Westfield Ford. Nick Stepici was great. He listened to what I wanted in the Escape and explained all the features and answered all my questions about the vehicle and the paper work that goes along with purchasing a new car. After visiting many dealerships and test driving the Ford Focus ST, Toyobaru BRZ/FRS, and a Subaru WRX, this dealership won me over with courtesy and attention to detail (and some amazing deals). I ended up buying the 2015 Focus ST after a smooth few-hour transaction and negotiation process. I can't wait to go back for the new RS once it's released. Awesome dealership, will buy again.

I came in to buy 2 trucks valued at over 100,000. the salesman used the old trick about the value of the car. he promised me 13,000 then when I got in there for the final deal he knocked it down to 10,000 because there was 200.00 in damage to the bumper. I laughed at him and he said yesterday was yesterday and today is today..................what a joke these salesman are. dont trust this dealer at all

Mildred was very helpful and friendly. I cannot rate management since i barely dealt with them because Mildred did pretty much everything!!! I would recommend if you are going to buy a ford to have Mildred help you!! She is great! The explorer is a great car and we have no complaints so far, we love it! Ok. I had stopped driving a few years ago when I moved to Chicago.
